Delete your TCHAZO account
This page explains how to delete your account for TCHAZO (an app by TCHAZO Labs Inc.) and what happens to your data.
In the app
- Open TCHAZO.
- Go to Settings › Delete my account.
- Read the screen, then tap Delete account.
Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email privacy@tchazo.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll delete your account and confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you write from another address, we may ask you to confirm the account is yours, and we’ll never ask for more than we need.
Before you delete: your subscription
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you’ll keep getting charged. Any unused analysis credits will be lost.
What gets deleted
On our servers: your account, email address, record of your consent, subscription status, single-analysis credits, and usage counters.
What we keep, and for how long
- Issues you reported: detached from your account with no link to you, kept for up to 12 months.
- Store purchase records: made anonymous, kept for up to 90 days.
- Our hosting provider’s technical logs: automatically deleted within 7 days.
We never keep your conversations, screenshots, or reports on our servers.
On your phone
Your reports, reminders, setup answers, and language are stored on your phone, not with us. Right after you delete your account, the app offers to delete them too. They’re also removed if you uninstall the app.
