TCHAZO Terms of Use
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of the TCHAZO app. We kept them short and plain. If anything’s unclear, email us at support@tchazo.com.
1. Who we are and what you’re agreeing to
TCHAZO is a social intelligence coaching app published by TCHAZO Labs Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, 1338 Wellington St W, Unit 10, Ottawa, Ontario K1Y 3B7, Canada.
By creating an account or using TCHAZO beyond the demo, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy (tchazo.com/privacy-policy). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. Adults only (18+)
TCHAZO is only for people 18 and over. By using it, you confirm you’re at least 18. If we find out an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.
3. What TCHAZO does, and what it doesn’t
TCHAZO helps you understand your conversations and reply to them. It:
- analyzes the conversation screenshots and text you choose;
- suggests a reply in the tone you pick;
- shows how the other person might react to the message you’re about to send;
- reminds you to follow up with someone, when you set a reminder.
The analyses are produced by artificial intelligence. They offer likely readings and explained reply ideas, not certainties: the AI can’t read minds and can be wrong. Possible reactions are imagined by the AI. They aren’t anything a real person actually said.
The examples in the demo are fictional.
4. Example messages
When you ask, the app can suggest example messages written by AI. They’re ideas to adapt, not messages to send as is. TCHAZO never sends anything for you and has no access to your messaging apps. If you copy, edit, or send an example, you do it in your own name: you’re its author and solely responsible for it, including following section 7 and the rules of the app you send it in.
5. A coach, not therapy
TCHAZO isn’t a health or mental health service and doesn’t replace a professional. If you’re going through a hard time, the app can point you to support resources. In an emergency, call 911.
TCHAZO doesn’t give legal, medical, or financial advice. It never talks about money, prices, or budgets, even in a work conversation or a negotiation: it helps with tone and timing, not numbers.
6. No guaranteed results
We don’t guarantee any result: no reply, date, relationship, or job, and no change in anyone else’s behavior.
7. Respect and prohibited uses
TCHAZO is built on respect and consent. You agree not to use TCHAZO to:
- manipulate, deceive, harass, threaten, or pressure anyone;
- get contact or a relationship without the other person’s free consent;
- create sexually explicit, hateful, or violent content;
- submit conversations with a minor, or any sexual conversation involving a minor;
- submit conversations that aren’t yours, or content you don’t have the right to use;
- pass off a reaction imagined by the app as something a real person said;
- get around usage limits, resell access, scrape the app’s content, or try to reverse-engineer its code;
- do anything illegal.
The app turns down manipulative requests and suggests a respectful approach instead. We may suspend or close an account that breaks this section (section 15).
8. Reporting a problem
If an analysis or a suggested reaction seems offensive, wrong, or inappropriate, report it right from the app with “Report a problem,” without leaving the screen. A report includes only the feature and the category you pick, never your conversation. We review every report within 7 days and use reports to improve our filters.
9. Your screenshots and content
You keep ownership of what you write and the screenshots you submit. You only allow us to send them to our AI provider to produce the response you ask for. TCHAZO doesn’t keep them (Privacy Policy, section 4).
Before anything is sent, the app covers the top banner of each screenshot and lets you hide other areas. You’re responsible for what you submit: hide names, photos, and anything else that could identify another person.
You’re free to use the analyses, ideas, and examples TCHAZO creates for you.
10. What belongs to TCHAZO
The app, its code, text, visuals, and the TCHAZO brand belong to TCHAZO Labs Inc. or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms.
11. Your account
You sign in with Apple, Google, or a link sent by email. You’re responsible for access to your device and your account. You can delete your account anytime in the app (Settings › Delete my account) or by following the steps at tchazo.com/en/
12. Plans, credits, free trial, and cancellation
Free plan. 3 free analyses when you sign up, then 1 analysis a week.
TCHAZO Plus. Every feature, up to 10 analyses a day, each with its possible reactions. There’s no limit on the number of people, follow-up reminders, or your history.
- Monthly: USD 14.99 a month.
- Yearly: USD 69.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial.
Analysis credits. With or without a subscription, you can buy credits: 1 credit for USD 0.99, 5 for USD 2.99, or 15 for USD 6.99. One credit gets you one analysis, with its possible reactions. These are one-time purchases: nothing renews, and we never buy credits for you. Your credits don’t expire. You only lose them if you delete your account, and the app tells you how many you have left before you do.
Automatic use of credits. When you reach your free or subscription limit, your next analysis uses 1 credit, if you have any. This setting is on to start with. The app tells you about it before your first credit purchase and every time a credit is used, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings › Usage. It only uses credits you’ve already paid for.
These are our reference prices in US dollars. In the app, the price that applies is the one the App Store or Google Play shows you when you buy, in your currency, plus any applicable taxes where you live.
Free trial. The trial is for the yearly plan, lasts 7 days, and gives you every Plus feature with up to 3 analyses a day. It’s offered once per store account. When the trial ends, your yearly plan starts and you’re charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The app reminds you two days before the end, with the price and the exact time to cancel by.
Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Purchase, payment, and renewal are handled by Apple or Google, depending on your device.
Cancellation and refunds. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep paid access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Refunds, including for credits, follow Apple’s or Google’s rules: we can’t issue them ourselves. If your store refunds credits, any of those credits you haven’t used are removed from your balance. Withdrawing your consent to AI or deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription.
Price changes. If the subscription price changes, your store lets you know ahead of time, under its own rules, and you can cancel before the new price applies. A change in credit prices doesn’t affect credits you’ve already bought.
13. Usage limits and changes to the service
Every plan has limits, shown as numbers on the subscription screen before you buy. Your usage and reset time are in Settings › Usage. When you hit a limit, the app tells you and shows when it resets. If automatic use is on, your credits take over. An analysis turned down because it asks to manipulate or pressure someone counts toward your limit; an analysis that fails on our end doesn’t.
If we change a limit in a way that’s worse for an active subscription, we’ll tell you in the app before it applies.
We keep improving TCHAZO: features may be added, changed, or removed. The service may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance or if our AI provider is down.
14. Liability
To the extent the law allows, TCHAZO is provided as is. The choices you make in your relationships, messages, and meetings are yours. To the extent the law allows, TCHAZO Labs Inc. isn’t liable for the consequences of an analysis, idea, or example, or for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for TCHAZO in the 12 months before the event.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your province, territory, or state.
If you meet someone in person, pick a public place and let someone you trust know.
15. Suspension and termination
You can stop using TCHAZO and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, especially section 7, or when the law requires it. Unless it’s an emergency or we’re legally barred, we’ll tell you why.
16. Changes to these terms
We’ll tell you in the app about any important change before it applies, and the date at the top of this page will change. If you don’t accept the new terms, you can delete your account and cancel your subscription.
17. Store licenses
On iPhone, your license to use the app is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Android, Google Play’s terms also apply. If there’s a conflict, these terms prevail, except where the store license requires otherwise.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away the protection of the mandatory laws where you live. No dispute is subject to mandatory arbitration.
These terms exist in French and English, and both versions are equally valid. The French version was offered to you before you accepted. If you chose English, you did so expressly.
